The first important step is to choose the right wood - (there are many different varieties of olives wood and not all are equally good), directly in the fields surrounding our village.

We collect Branches from prune the tree or old trees with low performance for the farmer replaced by young trees.

After collect these trunks or branches, sawing in boards, from these we do our jobs.

The olive wood has a tendency to crack, because grow a lot and has high density, it can be considered a wood "unstable" . Thus, in all these years of experience we have a drying wood process and adequate preparation to obtain a high quality handmade product.

From here we make with lathes, milling machines, saws and sanders each piece one by one. Much of the work involves sanding each piece several times in order to finally get a piece of craftsmanship created individually and with excellent quality.
